Tsinandali is a dry white wine of appellation of controlled origin (AOC) made with 80% Rkatsiteli and 20% Mtsvane grapes, grown in the Tsinandali micro-viticulture area of Kakheti region of Georgia. The country of Georgia is the Birthplace of Wine, dating back 8000 vintages. This wine has been cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain the variety of its characteristics. It is well-integrated, creating an overall balance and moderate length in finish. The wine is a light-straw color and has a pronounced floral aroma. Hints of quince, baked apple and citrus notes prevail in its taste. The wine has moderate acidity and is recommended to pair with fish, poultry and cheeses.
